📍 Mary Kings Close: it’s the perfect way to learn more about the history of Edinburgh. It costs £22.50 per person and takes an hour

📍 Arthurs Seat: offers a stunning view over the city and takes around an hour to get there. This is totally free and a must visit!

📍 Johnnie Walker Experience: learn more about Whiskey and how they make it, while also sipping on 3 cocktails! The tour costs £30 per person and takes 90 minutes

📍 The Elephant House: the birthplace of Harry Potter can’t be missed! It’s in the middle of the famous Victoria Street. You can get some butter beer for £6.95

📍 Edinburgh Castle: this has to be the most famous thing to do in the capital! It’s really interesting and there is so much to see here. The entrance is £19.5 for an adult.

Luxembourg is a small country and easy to discover when you want to have a weekend getaway! It’s also perfect if you live in Belgium as it’s a 3h drive to the country! 🚗

Day 1 consists on lots of castles! 🏰

1️⃣ Turelbaach castle: this hidden gem is perfect to visit as a starter. This is only a short walk from the car park. You can’t visit inside tho.

2️⃣ Belvédère de Burfelt: a viewpoint that gives you the best view over Esch-sur-Sûre. It’s only a 10 minute walk from the car park.

3️⃣ Bourscheid Castle: another great castle is this one. You can enter inside or visit it from afar!

4️⃣ Vianden Castle: last one of the day is the famous Vianden castle! You can enter inside or view it from taking after taking a chairlift (it’s closed till April tho)

Day 2 consists of hiking and viewing the city center!

5️⃣ Mullerthal trail: is the most famous hiking route in whole Luxembourg. Take B2 which is a 4.1km loop and visit the Schiessentümpel waterfall.

6️⃣ Luxembourg city: to end this trip, visit the beautiful green capital! Cross the Pont Adolphe or walk along the Chemin de la Corniche.

Travel often means going far away, but sometimes it’s also better to travel closer to home! We have so many stunning locations close to Belgium and here are the best ones:

1️⃣ Etretat: this stunning location in France is a 5 hour drive so perfect if you have a extended weekend. The chalk cliffs in Etretat are so stunning! 🇫🇷

2️⃣ Duisburg: this small and industrial city is only 2h30 drive, starting from Brussels. Here are so many things to do like exploring the city center, going to Tiger&Turtle (the walking rollercoaster) and Landschaftspark 🇩🇪

3️⃣ Flevoland: This region in the Netherlands has so many beautiful spots to discover! For example: batavialand, Lelystad, Tuurtoren, and many more!

Reizen betekent vaak ver weg gaan, maar soms is het ook beter om dichter bij huis te reizen! We hebben zoveel prachtige locaties dicht bij België en dit zijn de beste:

1️⃣ Etretat: deze prachtige locatie in Frankrijk ligt op 5 uur rijden, dus perfect als je een lang weekend hebt. De krijtrotsen in Etretat zijn zo prachtig! 🇫🇷

2️⃣ Duisburg: deze kleine en industriële stad ligt op slechts 2u30 rijden, beginnend vanuit Brussel. Hier zijn zoveel dingen om te doen, zoals het verkennen van het stadscentrum, naar Tiger&Turtle (de wandelende achtbaan) en Landschaftspark 🇩🇪

3️⃣ Flevoland: Deze regio in Nederland heeft zoveel mooie plekken om te ontdekken! Bijvoorbeeld: Batavialand, Lelystad, Tuurtoren en nog veel meer!

🇬🇧 After travelling around Iceland 🇮🇸, here are a few spots you can’t miss!

Iceland has many beautiful places, but here are a few of my favourites:

1️⃣ Seljalandsfoss: this waterfall is such a beautiful one, where you can wander behind. It also requires literally no walking!

2️⃣ Múlagljúfur: One of my favourite spots in Iceland and it’s quite unknown yet. It requires one hour of uphill hiking to get to this viewpoint.

3️⃣ Studlagil: Such a beautiful place, only had bummer with the weather ☔️ it takes around 30 minutes from the parking lot!

4️⃣ Landmannalauger: this place feels surreal with its geothermal gases. You need to have a 4x4 to get to this area!

5️⃣ Jökulsárlón: this magnificent place is right next to Diamond Beach and there are icebergs everywhere! This glacier is also right next to the parking lot!

IJsland heeft veel mooie plekken, maar dit zijn een paar van mijn favorieten:

1️⃣ Seljalandsfoss: deze waterval is zo mooi, waar je achterlangs kunt wandelen. Je hoeft er ook letterlijk niet te lopen!

2️⃣ Múlagljúfur: een van mijn favoriete plekken in IJsland en nog vrij onbekend. Je moet een uur bergopwaarts wandelen om bij dit uitkijkpunt te komen.

3️⃣ Studlagil: zo’n mooie plek, alleen het weer zat tegen ☔️ het duurt ongeveer 30 minuten vanaf de parkeerplaats!

4️⃣ Landmannalauger: deze plek voelt surrealistisch aan met zijn geothermische gassen. Je hebt een 4x4 nodig om hier te komen!

5️⃣ Jökulsárlón: deze prachtige plek ligt vlak naast Diamond Beach en er zijn overal ijsbergen! Deze gletsjer ligt ook vlak naast de parkeerplaats!

This is the famous Matterhorn, which is an absolute must to visit when in Switzerland! 😍

Here is a mini guide on how to visit this location: 👇

🥾 the Five Lakes trail takes around 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete and is around 10 kilometres long. You’ll pass by 5 stunning lakes: Stellissee, Grindjisee, Grünsee, Moosjisee, and Leisee

🚞 To get there, you have to take a train from Täsch to Zermatt for CHF 17.20 return. In Zermatt, you’ll have to take a cable car at the Sunnegga Funicular station. This costs CHF 47.

🏘️ You can stay overnight at Fluhalp. This is the perfect way to see a sunset and sunrise here!

Dit is de beroemde Matterhorn, die je absoluut moet bezoeken als je in Zwitserland bent! 😍

Hier is een minigids over hoe je deze locatie kunt bezoeken: 👇

🥾 de Five Lakes-route duurt ongeveer 2 uur en 30 minuten en is ongeveer 10 kilometer lang. Je passeert 5 prachtige meren: Stellissee, Grindjisee, Grünsee, Moosjisee en Leisee

🚞 Om er te komen, moet je de trein nemen van Täsch naar Zermatt voor CHF 17,20 retour. In Zermatt moet je een kabelbaan nemen bij het Sunnegga-kabelbaanstation. Dit kost CHF 47.

🏘️ Je kunt overnachten op Fluhalp. Dit is de perfecte manier om hier een zonsondergang en zonsopgang te zien!
